At Maplewood Dog Training, we use proven positive reinforcement based training techniques and behavior modification protocols to help you fulfill your training goals and needs. We offer years of experience and expertise with behavior problems, which can be successfully addressed in our Behavior Consults. We specialize in aggressive, fearful and compulsive behavior problems and phobias, as well as with other common behavior issues such as toileting in the house, and lack of impulse control. Our obedience and agility group classes focus on giving you the tools necessary to teach your dog to be the well-mannered family companion or competition dog you have always dreamed of. In private lessons we can help get you started off on the right foot with your new dog or puppy, give you some additional one on one attention outside of a group manners class, or assist you with more advanced, competition focused obedience, rally and agility training. Our Dog Boarding & Training Service, at Yankee Kennel, is an excellent training option for busy owners and families who may not have time for group classes or extensive private lessons. Out of control dogs and behavior problems are our expertise. We strive to tailor our instruction to your very specific need and we pride ourselves in assisting our clients with personal, professional and timely dog training.
