| C-City Mornin’ News at Maplewood CGC, Am/4-H CD, S-NGC, O-OGC, Open Versatility, ECC, EAC, O-TN-E, TG-E In 2006 Regal was the #2 Elite Tunnelers Flat-Coat and the #3 Elite Chances Flat-Coat in NADAC rankings 7/21/98-2/22/07 My BrownDog is gone. I started a new page on Oct 31, 2007, a Memory page for Re. He was a happy, easy going, tail wagging, smiling dog.
Regal, aka Re or BrownDog, was my 1st Flat-Coat and my 1st 'good' dog. Together he and I learned about the conformation ring, Junior Showmanship and competition obedience. I had already known about agility from Barley, my 1st mix breed, and that is really where Regal and I shined! He loved to work and loved to run, fast!, and so agility was his game! He had terrific distance, speed and endurance. When he was 3, we went to the NADAC Championships and earned 3rd in the 20" Junior Handler Pre-Elite Division. We had a great time! Regal died on Thursday February 22, 2007 from Hemangiosarcoma, a blood vessel tumor. He was happy to the last day, in true BrownDog form. He was a great dog and will always be in my heart and thoughts. Below and throughout this web site are some of my favorite photos of him.
